understand that making ocarina is a delicate handicraft with sophisticated
process. After order confirmation it will take one to three months

type and quantity you want to order.
2. 你的收件地址，包含 - 你的姓名，聯絡電話，方便收件時間。
Your name, street address and contact number,

Paypal is acceptable.
我們接受 ATM 轉帳，銀行匯款，Paypal.
國內 (台灣) 訂單將會用郵局便利箱快捷或宅急便寄送。
International
orders will be shipped by International Parcels via CHUNGHWA
POST EMS. Paypal is acceptable.
收到您的電子郵件後，我會馬上回覆確認訂單。
We
will reply to confirm your order right after receiving your email.
當您訂購的陶笛完成後，我會另寄一封 請款帳單(含運費)
給您，等確認付款後，將立即為您寄送陶笛到指定收件地址。
When the
ordered ocarinas are completed, you will be emailed an invoice with
your total including postage. After confirming your payment, the
ocarinas will be shipped to designated address.

退貨條款 (Return policy) :
- 如需退貨，請在收到陶笛七天之內，以電子郵件通知我們。
Request
for return must be emailed to us within seven (7)
days from the date you received the item, and
- 陶笛必須保持原始狀況，並用掛號包裹寄回。
The item
must be in the original condition and shipped to us with tracking number.
- 買方負責退貨所需的運費。
Buyer is responsible for the return
shipping fee solely.
- 如果因運送過程造成損壞，當收到退貨陶笛後，我們會盡快再寄相同規格的陶笛給您，或者退還全額貨款。
If
the item is defective in shipment, a replacement will be sent or
full refund will be issued once the return item is received.
- 如非上述運送損壞因素，而是因為陶笛音色、氣量等個人因素不滿意而退貨，我們將會收取售價15%的退貨手續費。當收到退貨陶笛後，我們會退還剩餘貨款。
If the item is returned NOT because of defective
as described, but is because of personal preference such as
breath slope, tone color etc., a restocking fee (15% of purchase price) will be
applied and refund will be issued when the return item is received.
