To order Takashi Ocarina, please email to info@pankuolong.url.tw or leave a message via [Opinion] including followings:

1. The type and quantity you want to order.
2. Your name, street address and contact number,
3. Paypal is acceptable. 

International orders will be shipped by International Parcels via CHUNGHWA POST EMS. Paypal is acceptable.  

We will reply to confirm your order right after receiving your email.

When the ordered ocarinas are completed, you will be emailed an invoice with your total including postage. After confirming your payment, the ocarinas will be shipped to designated address.

Return policy:

1. Request for return must be emailed to us within seven (7) days from the date you received the item, and
2. The item must be in the original condition and shipped to us with tracking number.
3. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee solely.
4. If the item is defective in shipment, a replacement will be sent or full refund will be issued once the return item is received.  
5. If the item is returned NOT because of defective as described, but is because of personal preference such as breath slope, tone color etc., a restocking fee (15% of purchase price) will be applied and refund will be issued when the return item is received.
